Admission Policy

Pakistan Educational Academy (PEA) is an education community opens to students of all nationalities, where education is offer in English as a language of instructions. The school provides a high quality innovative, creative and challenging education. The school’s first priority to admit those students who are motivated determined and whose academics performance is average to excellent.
The school complies with the following rules and regulations of KHDA; 

  • Admissions are open for all including Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Children.
  • Admissions are granted subject to the availability of seats.
  • Admissions from KG-1 to Grade – 9 commence from third week of February, however the admission date will be announced considering the holidays and any other commitments.
  • The parents are to do the registration first as per the fee structure after meeting the Admission In-charge.
  • At the time of registration parents have to fill up the form along with EMID copy of father and student.
  • Registered candidates are provided information about test / interview by the In-Charge Admission department.
  • The parents have to provide the school with the following documents in order to complete the admission process with KHDA.
  • Recent Six Passport size photographs with white background.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (for Grades KG-1, KG-2 and 1) in English or Arabic.
  • If Birth Certificate is in Urdu, then, parents will require getting it translated into Arabic or English and get it attested from Pakistani Consulate and Foreign Office.
  • Photocopies of valid Passport and Emirates ID of candidate and parents / guardian, including valid visa page.
  • School Leaving Certificate (if it is from school located outside U.A.E) then Parent will require getting it attested from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and U.A.E. Embassy.
  • Original vaccination card from KG-1 onwards is also required.
  • Students coming from Other Boards (CBSE, IGCSE, American etc.) must provide an equivalence certificate.
  • After getting the approval from KHDA, parents have to sign the Parent-School Contract and then proceed to the Accounts Department for submission of fee.

Kindergarten

  • Informal assessment based on reading level, vocabulary, concepts of numbers and colours, confidence / expression in spoken English will be carried out.
  • Judging pencil grasp.
  • I.Q level of the child.
  • Only grades are given not marks are allotted.
  • Successful candidates will be recommended for admission.
  • Admission In-charge will get the approval from KHDA after the confirmation of the admission.

Grad 1 to 9

  • List of candidates will be provided by the admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
  • Written Test in core subjects of English, Science and Mathematics are conducted.
  • Merit list duly prepared by Section Heads is given to the admission in-charge.
  • Admission In-charge following the merit list, will inform the Parents against available seats.
  • Upon approval from the KHDA and signing the Parent-School Contract, applicants deposit the fee in accounts department, and then guided to class / section with deposit slip containing the details of the students.

Grade 9 to 10

The last date of registration from FBISE is 30th April of the respective year and all the applications, must be submitted before the deadline. Only exceptional cases are acceptable after 30th April with the late fee as per FBISE BOARD rules.

  • List of candidates is provided by the admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
  • Only Grade 9 students will be appearing for written Tests in English,Mathematics and Science are conducted and marked by the respective Section Heads.
  • Interview will be conducted for Grade 10 students.
  • Only those students who have cleared Grade 9 from any board in Pakistan will be eligible for the admission in Grade 10.

Grade 11 to 12

Applications must be submitted before the last date of registration from FBISE. Only exceptional cases are acceptable after 30th August with the late fee as per FBISE BOARD rules.

  • List of registered candidates is provided by the Admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
  • Admission is confirmed on the basis of interview with the respective Section Heads.
  • Only those students who have cleared Grade 11 from any board in Pakistan will be eligible for the admission in Grade 12.
  • Students coming from other Boards must provide an equivalence certificate.
  • Students coming from other Board in Grade 11 (Karachi, Lahore etc.) they must provide an Original Migration Certificate from their previous Board along with the Original Mark Sheet attested from the concerned Board and one true verified copy is also required for the process.

Original Mark sheet must be attested from the concerned board along with the school leaving Certificate for students coming from different boards in Pakistan.
