As the Head of The Department for Inclusion, I am dedicated to developing and implementing inclusive education policies that align with both school values and regulatory standards. My goal is to foster a school culture that embraces diversity and ensures equitable access to high-quality education for all learners.
Working collaboratively with senior leadership, teachers, support staff, and external agencies, I strive to enhance inclusive practices across the school. I am especially committed to supporting students of determination (SODs), gifted and talented learners, students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, and those requiring pastoral care.
