Pakistan Educational Academy (PEA) is an education community opens to students of all nationalities, where education is offer in English as a language of instructions. The school provides a high quality innovative, creative and challenging education. The school’s first priority to admit those students who are motivated determined and whose academics performance is average to excellent.
The school complies with the following rules and regulations of KHDA;
- Admissions are open to all students, including those with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Admission is subject to seat availability.
- Admissions for Grades KG-1 to 9 commence in the third week of February. Exact dates will be announced, considering holidays and other scheduling factors.
- Parents must complete the registration process in accordance with the fee structure, after meeting with the Admissions Officer.
- At the time of registration, parents must fill out the registration form and submit Emirates ID copies of both the father and the student.
- Registered candidates will be informed about the date and format of the admission test and/or interview by the Admissions Department.
To complete the admission process with KHDA, parents must submit the following documents:
- Six recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.
- A photocopy of the birth certificate (for KG-1, KG-2, and Grade 1 applicants) in English or Arabic. If the certificate is in Urdu, it must be translated into English or Arabic and attested by the Pakistani Consulate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Photocopies of valid passports and Emirates ID cards for the student and both parents/guardian, including visa pages.
- A School Leaving Certificate. If issued by a school outside the UAE, it must be attested by the relevant Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy in that country.
- The original vaccination card (required from KG-1 onwards).
- Students transferring from other educational boards (e.g., CBSE, IGCSE, American) must provide an equivalency certificate.
Once approval is received from KHDA, parents must sign the Parent-School Contract and proceed to the Accounts Department for fee submission.
- Informal assessment based on reading level, vocabulary, concepts of numbers and colours, confidence / expression in spoken English will be carried out.
- Judging pencil grasp.
- I.Q level of the child.
- Only grades are given not marks are allotted.
- Successful candidates will be recommended for admission.
- Admission In-charge will get the approval from KHDA after the confirmation of the admission.
- List of candidates will be provided by the admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
- Written Test in core subjects of English, Science and Mathematics are conducted.
- Merit list duly prepared by Section Heads is given to the admission in-charge.
- Admission In-charge following the merit list, will inform the Parents against available seats.
- Upon approval from the KHDA and signing the Parent-School Contract, applicants deposit the fee in accounts department, and then guided to class / section with deposit slip containing the details of the students.
The last date of registration from FBISE is 30th April of the respective year and all the applications, must be submitted before the deadline. Only exceptional cases are acceptable after 30th April with the late fee as per FBISE BOARD rules.
- List of candidates is provided by the admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
- Only Grade 9 students will be appearing for written Tests in English,Mathematics and Science are conducted and marked by the respective Section Heads.
- Interview will be conducted for Grade 10 students.
- Only those students who have cleared Grade 9 from any board in Pakistan will be eligible for the admission in Grade 10.
Applications must be submitted before the last date of registration from FBISE. Only exceptional cases are acceptable after 30th August with the late fee as per FBISE BOARD rules.
- List of registered candidates is provided by the Admission In-charge to respective Section Heads.
- Admission is confirmed on the basis of interview with the respective Section Heads.
- Only those students who have cleared Grade 11 from any board in Pakistan will be eligible for the admission in Grade 12.
- Students coming from other Boards must provide an equivalence certificate.
- Students coming from other Board in Grade 11 (Karachi, Lahore etc.) they must provide an Original Migration Certificate from their previous Board along with the Original Mark Sheet attested from the concerned Board and one true verified copy is also required for the process.
- Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering 50% Marks in SSC Exam
- Computer Science and Commerce 40% Marks in SSC Exam
- Humanities 40% Marks in SSC Exam
- Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering 55% Marks in SSC Exam
- Computer Science and Commerce 50% Marks in SSC Exam
- Humanities 50% Marks in SSC Exam
- Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering 55 % Marks in SSC Exam
- Computer Science and Commerce 50% Marks in SSC Exam
- Humanities 50% Marks in SSC Exam
