As the Head of Department for Inclusion, I am dedicated to developing and implementing inclusive education policies that align with both school values and regulatory standards. My goal is to foster a school culture that embraces diversity and ensures equitable access to high-quality education for all learners.
Working collaboratively with senior leadership, teachers, support staff, and external agencies, I strive to enhance inclusive practices across the school. I am especially committed to supporting students of determination (SODs), gifted and talented learners, students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, and those requiring pastoral care.

I’m Mrs. Leteca Zainab, the Librarian Clerk at Pakistan Educational Academy.I am dedicated to supporting a welcoming and organized library environment where students and staff can explore, learn, and grow. I help manage our library’s daily operations, organize resources, and support students and staff in finding the materials they need.
I believe that the library is the heart of a school, and I am proud to play a role in encouraging a lifelong love of reading and learning in our students.

أود أن أستغل هذه الفرصة للتعبير عن إعجابي ببيئة العمل الأكاديمية باكستان، والتي تتميز بتعامل جميل وتعاون مثمر بين الأفراد. إن الأجواء الإيجابية التي تسود في المؤسسات التعليمية تعكس روح الفريق والوحدة.
لقد لاحظت أن الزملاء يتبادلون الأفكار بكل سلاسة ويسر، مما يسهل من تبادل المعرفة والخبرات. إن الاحترام المتبادل بين أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلاب يعزز من التجربة التعليمية ويخلق بيئة محفزة للتعلم.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،
أتقدّم بامتناني لإدارة أكاديمية باكستان التعليمية وكافة الزملاء الكرام على الدعم والتعاون الذي حظيت به منذ انضمامي أكاديمية باكستان التعليمية.
عملي في الأكاديمية أثر في تعريفي بثقافة غنية ومتميزة، حيث أتاح لي التفاعل مع طلاب ومعلمين من الجنسية الباكستانية، مما وسّع من آفاقي الثقافية والتعليمية.
ولا يسعني إلا أن أعبر عن امتناني العميق للإداريين في المدرسة على حرصهم وتشجيعهم لي لاستكمال دراستي الجامعية، مما ساعدني على الموازنة بين العمل والتعليم بكل راحة ومرونة.
كما أشكر زملائي الكرام في العمل على احترامهم وتعاونهم المستمر، وأخص بالذكر الأساتذة:

البيئة التعليمية في الأكاديمية محفزة جدًا، والطلاب يتمتعون بحماس واجتهاد يستحقان الإشادة، مما يجعل من هذه التجربة فرصة تعليمية وإنسانية لا تُقدّر بثمن.
